Latex Blends

Latex bedding products can be made in three different blends:

• 100% natural latex
• 85% natural latex / 15% synthetic latex
• 20% natural latex / 80% natural latex

All latex blends offer numerous benefits to consumers.

Natural latex has greater elasticity than synthetic latex and the comfort it offers is unsurpassed. However, because it is natural, there are inconsistencies at the molecular level which causes natural latex to wear out quicker than synthetic latex.

Synthetic latex is extremely uniform at the molecular level which gives it greater durability. It feels firmer and not as elastic as natural latex.

By combining natural and synthetic latex you get the benefits of both products to work together- natural raw materials, elasticity, health benefits and luxurious feel from the natural latex and the extended durability of the synthetic latex.
